Our Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Item must include all original tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened personal care products
  • Custom-made or special order mirrors and medicine cabinets
  • Items marked as “final sale”

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our Seattle-based team will email you:

  • Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for defective items only)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely with all original packaging and include the RAN clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective product.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. You will receive email notification when:

  • Your refund has been processed
  • Your exchange item is being shipped
  • Additional information is required

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for expedited replacement at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), please note:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items
